Sheikh Hamza Yusuf, talk about one of the diseases that had waste a lot of potential among muslims. With every disease Allah send the cure, and this include the disease of a heart. Heedlessness indeed is an attitude which brought humanity into unawareness. In this talk, Sheikh explain the states we are in and what is the symptoms, and most importantly how to cure it. Yes brother(s) or sister(s), this sermon is indeed amazing and very inspiring. I think the sheikh is endeavouring to tell us Muslims that we are in deep sleep, and that we have to wake and get away from this heedlesness. He quotes some verses from the par excellence Holy Qur’an to remind us that, if we are not changing ourselves to be better Muslims, we are nor different from those ‘kafirun’ neither we are better than the animals, ‘bal hum adhol’ as Allah describes the kuffar.
